At Koda Group Inc., we specialize in working to protect children who are neglected and/or in danger. Far too often, innocent children are victims of verbal and physical assault. Our investigators have arrived at scenes where children have suffered at the hands of abusers and/or negligent parents.
As witnesses to spousal/sibling abuse, children are sometimes threatened to keep secrets and withhold information from authorities. Nobody, ESPECIALLY A CHILD, should ever be subjected to these circumstances.
Our investigators are educated in the legal issues concerning child custody. Our team has extensive experience working with the court system to obtain or change parental rights. The child’s best interest is always foremost. Koda Group Inc. works diligently to see these needs are met for each and every child welfare case.
Community Involvement
ROMULUS, Mich. (WXYZ) - Little Kobe vanished without a trace from his Romulus home in December. His owner Sha’ney Bowers was hysterical as she searched shelters and on websites. She posted flyers around town and on social media.
Not knowing what happened to the dog, Sha’ney did not give up. She posted about the 13-year-old maltipoo’s disappearance again on social media.
It was later discovered the pet was being sold on Craigslist for $100, but Sha’ney, her family, and others were having no luck contacting the seller.
Honor Brian Terry - Brian Terry is regarded by many as a modern day American hero who died a tragic death far from his hometown of Flat Rock, Michigan. Brian knew that his job was full of risk and danger. He and his teammates were well trained and equipped. They regarded themselves as the tip of the spear that protected our Nation’s border with Mexico.
He died not knowing that that the men who were intent on doing him and his team harm were well armed Mexican narco-terrorists and that they carried assault weapons supplied to them by ATF/DOJ in what has become known as “gun-walking” as part of an investigation named Operation Fast and Furious.

City of Westland, MI Police SWAT- This is an annual event that takes place this year on March 12, 2016. Events like this make it possible for these officers to raise the funds they need to buy the necessary tools to perform their job to the best of their abilty and return home to their families.
